Rose Wilder Lane
1886 - 1968

American writer, daughter of Laura Ingalls Wilder (of Little House on the Prairie fame), author of novels of life in the Ozarks and various biographical works and of The Discovery of Freedom (1943), a work of political philosophy still revered by libertarians today.
